I was skeptical but after seeing many videos in use I thought I'd give it a try! I was not disappointed! The video footage it so clear it makes it very easy to navigate my ear canal and remove any build up of wax (so satisfying lol). My ears feel so clear and clean!! IMPORTANT: Please avoid cleaning near the eardrum as this may result in permanent injury and/or loss of hearing. had an issue with the parcel, because I couldn't find it after has been delivered. The Smartbud support was touché, trying to assist me along the parcel searching. I eventually found it at my company, hidden by an employee, but not having bad intentions.This is much better for your ears than using cotton buds as you can pull out any ear wax as opposed to pushing it in further with the buds. This is easy to use, makes it so much easier being able to see everything. The battery life is very good, the app is super easy to use as well. Would highly recommend!

Thank you Smartbud. This device is amazing. I have been able to remove very impacted ear wax which was causing pain, tinnitus and deafness. A few days of oil to soften and was easily removed with Smartbud. My smartbud x3 was working okay on my Samsung galaxy s20 okay,now got s23 now it won't work tried everything still not working, says no WiFi network, when it's on any help would be great full.
