If you are having trouble finding a frame that you like you can make a magnetic board from a cookie sheet or serving tray. You will need to find a metal cookie sheet, cookie sheets made from aluminum that aren’t magnetic, and decorate or paint it to match your kitchen’s decor. Choose a magnet that has a diameter about the same size as the screw head. Larger magnets won't provide any more holding strength. In most cases, using enough magnets so that the corners or edges don't flop or wave in the breeze is what decides the number of magnets required.
